Awarded the prestigious prize of The Great Chef Challenge in 2015, Jean-Francois has more than one accomplishment under his belt. Past owner of the renowned Le Braisé restaurant in Ste-Adele, hotel chef and sheep farmer, he now presents his new project to us: Bold innovative products designed by its’ creator.  A project where only your imagination can limit you!
